We understand the computer you purchased is both a precious asset and
important equipment to you and your company. Our protection plan is inexpensive,
convenient, fast and will always be there when you need it.
Eligibility is limited and time is running out. To take advantage of this
valuable coverage, please respond no later than 11 months after your purchase invoice
date.
Please fill out the
following form in order to process your request and registration.
Notice :
1. Customer can apply optional warranty within the first 11 months from the original
invoice date ( from Hyperdata) only.
2. In this registration form, we need your Hyperdata invoice number
to process your registration. If you do not purchase your computer
from Hyperdata directly, please contact your dealer or vendor to get
this number. Hyperdata can not accept your application without
this number, thanks for your cooperation.
